Our Equipment
We use a Reiser-supplied Seydelmann bowl cutter to grind and blend meats with precise texture and fat distribution, delivering consistent, high-quality burger patties at scale.
We use a Reiser-supplied VEMAG vacuum filling and FM250 forming system to portion and shape ground meat with high weight accuracy and minimal air incorporation, producing consistent burger size, density, and shape across high-volume production runs
We use a VEMAG FM250 forming machine to precisely shape ground meat into uniform burger patties, delivering consistent weight, thickness, and appearance for high-volume production.
We use a VEMAG PI356 patty stacker to automatically stack formed patties with consistent alignment and spacing, improving handling efficiency and throughput while preparing products for freezing and packaging.
We use a Praxair U4 LN2 IQF freezer tunnel to rapidly freeze individual patties using liquid nitrogen, locking in shape, texture, and moisture while enabling efficient, high-quality frozen burger production.
We use a Grasselli KSL4.400VT18 slicing system to deliver precise, high-speed cutting with consistent thickness and clean edges, supporting uniform portioning and reliable performance in high-volume production.
We use a sausage linker filling system to portion and link product with consistent weight and spacing, supporting efficient, repeatable production for formed and linked meat applications.
We use an MHS 850-90 material handling system to automatically convey and orient product between processing stages, improving line efficiency, consistency, and throughput across production.
